Cholesterol is a key player, and one of the major contributors to causing heart attacks. Usually containing some type of fruit or nuts, these yummy bars also give your body a burst of energy through the protein found within.

All in all, educating yourself about food, and how it can benefit you long term is key to walking the path, and achieving the goal of a healthier and much happier lifestyle. Finding snacks that are low in cholesterol is not hard when you know where to look. Put away the processed foods that gums up your arteries and eat an all natural food that will lower your cholesterol naturally.
